Facebook Monetization Checker

Score your page against Meta's published thresholds and see your exact gaps for each program.

Being honest up front: nobody outside Meta can detect a page's real monetization status — it's only visible in your own Professional dashboard. This self-check works from the official published requirements instead.

Meta Business Suite → Insights → Video minutes viewed

The three programs that matter

Stars is the easiest entry point: 500 followers held for 30 consecutive days, and viewers can send you Stars worth $0.01 each. In-stream ads is where meaningful ad revenue starts — 10,000 followers, 600,000 total minutes viewed in the last 60 days, and at least 5 active videos. Subscriptions lets fans pay monthly, at 10,000 followers or 250+ return viewers with strong engagement.

Every program also requires the baseline: 18+, an eligible country, professional mode (or a Page), and a clean record against Meta's Partner Monetization Policies. Policy standing is the one thing this checker can't see — check it in Meta Business Suite under Monetization → Policy issues.

Where to find your real numbers

Followers are on your page; minutes viewed live in Meta Business Suite → Insights → Videos. Meta has been consolidating its creator programs (some are invite-based in certain regions), so treat the thresholds as necessary-but-not-always-sufficient — the Monetization tab in your dashboard is the final word.
